Biography
I am a devoted pastor's wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother. I am passionate about serving God and His people with compassion, faith, and purpose. I have the privilege of serving alongside my husband.
I am excited to be a part of Grace in the Wilderness Ministry, where I serve as the Director of Community Outreach and Events. In this role, I am committed to building meaningful relationships, leading impactful outreach initiatives, and creating opportunities for individuals and families to experience the love of Christ. I also have a special passion for mentoring and encouraging our youth, helping them grow in their faith and discover God's purpose for their lives.
My heart's desire is to see lives transformed through the power of God's Word and His unfailing love. I live by the promise of Luke 1:37: "For with God nothing shall be impossible," a scripture that continually reminds me that through faith, all things are possible with God.
Ministry Role
Shavett leads the planning and coordination of ministry events, conferences, community outreach initiatives, and special gatherings that bring women together in faith and purpose. She is dedicated to building meaningful partnerships within the community and ensuring that every event reflects the ministry's mission of extending God's grace, hope, and healing to women from all walks of life.
As Secretary, Shavett helps maintain the organizational integrity of the ministry by overseeing meeting records, documenting important decisions, managing official correspondence, and supporting clear communication among the leadership team. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence help keep the ministry organized and operating effectively.
Shavett believes that every act of service, no matter how small, can become an opportunity for someone to encounter God's love. She is honored to serve alongside the leadership team as they seek to create a ministry where every woman feels welcomed, valued, and encouraged to grow in her relationship with Christ.

A Prayer from Shavett
Heavenly Father, I pray this ministry will be a safe haven for all of God's Daughters to feel comfortable to share their struggles, testimony, and any questions about their salvation. Grace in the Wilderness Ministry will grow each one of us closer to you through the teaching of God's Word — that we will know that there is no situation too big or small God can't handle. Amen.
